Application Process:
Buffalo Charter School applications are always available online and in the front office. Only those applications received by April 1st for the following school year will be eligible for the annual admissions lottery. However, interested families are invited and encouraged to apply at any time. Applications received after April 1st will be placed on a wait list and contacted as spaces become available.
Siblings of current students are given preference in the admissions process. Additionally, students residing within the City of Buffalo receive preference over those residing in other districts.
When a child is accepted to WBCS, office staff will contact the family for a registration appointment.
2023-2024 Application
West Buffalo Charter School is a part of the Enroll Buffalo Charters Application which allows families to apply to multiple charter schools at once.
